Costain Construction Limited is an indigenous owned and managed Kenyan company based in Nairobi. Its incorporation came into existence with a rise in the need for quality, affordable and effective construction and maintenance works. This was not only precipitated by the need for construction for construction firms that deliver their works on time but those that do so in a professional and reliable manner that we believe the client not only demands but deserves.

Costain Construction Limited is an initiative of its current directors all whom have a wide experience in Building and Civil Works Construction and Interior Construction. They had previously worked with reputable construction firms in the country.

Construction Management

In the process of construction we provide, we draw up a schedule of works and ensure we adhere to it as well as adjusting it if need be. We give progress reports at every step of the construction process and keep an open line of communication with all consultants to ensure all matters arising are solved in an efficient and professional manner.

Project Liability

In the winding up of our projects we have a first and then a final hand-over of the site. The first one occurs before the contract period is complete to allow for the architect to inspect the works and draw-up a snag list and any other touch-ups that may arise. The second and final hand-over occurs after the final payment is settled and the architect and consultants are satisfied the project has been a successful one.

We at Costain Construction realize the reason a project exists is to satisfy the client’s requirements. We therefore endeavour throughout the process in our projects to ensure we understand the intentions of not only the consultants and architects but the client who will be the end user. This ensures we serve the need the client seeks to achieve in the most effective and efficient manner.

We are sensitive to the fact that every project has its unique character and trades contributing to its set goals. As a result, we at Costain Construction ensure we hold regular scheduled meetings with our sub-contractors as well as other contractors on site to ensure we move in tandem towards achieving the successful, quality and timely completion of the project.
